• All cottages come equipped with upgraded cable TV, with/DVD player.
Kitchens are fully equipped with microwaves, coffee makers,
blenders, pots, pans, dishes, utensils and stemmed glassware. We
provide fans, radios w/CD player, alarm clocks, blankets, pillows, gas grills, two beach chairs and gas heat.
Sheets and towels, including beach towels, provided at an extra charge. There is a full bath.
Sleeps 5: 2 bedrooms, one with king set up, other with 2 twins, and a large couch. Able to be set up as 4 twins.
• Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday
• Check in 3:00pm • Check out 10:00am
• We ask for a deposit of 50% as a requirement for the reservation. Balance of the rental fee is due upon arrival.
• Cancellations: Deposits are refundable only if we can rent the cottage to someone else during that period. There will be a $50.00 cancellation fee.
