• All cottages come equipped with upgraded cable TV, VCR/DVD.
Kitchens are fully equipped with microwaves, coffee makers,
Blenders, pots, pans, dishes, utensils and stemmed glassware. We
Provide fans, radios, alarm clocks, blankets, pillows, gas grills and gas heat

• Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday

• Check in 3:00pm; check out 10:00am.

• We ask for a deposit of 50% as a requirement for the reservation, balance of the rental fee is due upon arrival

• Cancellations: Deposits are refundable only if we can rent the cottage to someone else during that period. There will be a 50.00 Cancellation fee.

• NO SMOKING * NO PETS
